This policy explains how Gocome VPN is operated by CERSAN MAKINA KARA VE DENIZ VASITALARI MALZEMELERI INSAAT SANAYI VE TICARET LTD STI ("Gocome", "we", "us"). Contact: us@gocome.cc.
1. Data used to provide the VPN
The current Gocome release does not require an account. When you first connect, the app creates a session using a random installation identifier and a one-way device identity generated on your device. It sends the app version, build number, iOS version, device architecture, interface language, and supported network capabilities. Our service necessarily receives your public IP address and may derive a country or region from it to select an available route.
For connection operation and reliability, we process session and allocation identifiers, selected route and protocol, connection start, close, and failure events, latency, IP-version availability, and coarse failure codes. Secrets and active recovery records are stored in the iOS Keychain or the protected App Group container.
2. Data we do not collect or monetize
We do not record or store your browsing history, DNS query history, traffic contents, message contents, passwords, or the list of apps you use through the tunnel. The app contains no advertising SDK, tracking SDK, or IDFA use.
Gocome does not sell, rent, monetize, or use VPN data for advertising, profiling, data brokerage, or unrelated analytics. We do not disclose VPN data to third parties for their independent use.
3. Service providers
Gocome-controlled API and VPN servers provide session, route, and encrypted tunnel services. The current release uses Cloudflare's encrypted DNS service inside the tunnel. Cloudflare receives DNS requests needed to resolve destinations and is subject to its own privacy commitments. Apple processes App Store and TestFlight data under Apple's policies.
Service providers may process only the minimum operational data needed to deliver or secure Gocome on our instructions. They are not authorized to sell, monetize, advertise with, profile from, or otherwise use VPN data for their independent purposes. We may also disclose information when legally required.
4. Diagnostics and website language
The optional Export Diagnostics feature creates a local JSON preview containing app and build channel, device family, iOS version, generation time, and current tunnel state. It excludes credentials, tokens, identifiers, node configuration, network addresses, traffic, and request or response bodies. Gocome never uploads this file automatically; you decide whether to share it.
This website may save your language choice locally in your browser so it can open the matching version next time. The preference is not sent to Gocome and is not used for tracking.
5. Retention and security
Session, route-allocation, and connection-operation records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the VPN, then deleted or de-identified under our retention controls. Local credentials expire and are protected by iOS security facilities. No system is risk-free, but we use transport encryption, least-data design, bounded logs, and access controls.
6. Your choices and rights
You may stop processing by disconnecting and uninstalling Gocome. The current release has no user account to delete. To request access, correction, deletion, or information about applicable privacy rights, email us@gocome.cc. We may need limited information to verify and fulfill a request.
7. Children and changes
Gocome is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We may update this policy when the service or law changes. Material changes will be presented in the app before continued VPN use where required.
