These Terms form an agreement between you and CERSAN MAKINA KARA VE DENIZ VASITALARI MALZEMELERI INSAAT SANAYI VE TICARET LTD STI ("Gocome"). By continuing in the app or using the VPN, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
1. Service
The current Gocome release provides a no-account, no-fee VPN connection with automatic route selection. Availability, routes, protocols, and capacity may change. No account or subscription is offered in this release.
2. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law and may not use Gocome to attack systems, distribute malware or spam, infringe rights, evade lawful restrictions, harass others, or disrupt the service. You may not reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits, resell access, abuse automated requests, or attempt to obtain another user's or operator's credentials.
3. Availability and security
VPN services can be interrupted by networks, devices, governments, providers, maintenance, or events outside our control. Gocome is provided on an "as available" basis and is not a guarantee of anonymity, identity concealment, uninterrupted access, or access to any particular destination. Keep iOS updated and protect your device.
4. Suspension and changes
We may limit or stop abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or technically harmful use. We may update or discontinue features to maintain security, capacity, legal compliance, or product quality. If future versions offer paid service, separate price and purchase terms will be shown before purchase.
5. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gocome disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Termination and contact
You may terminate these Terms at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling Gocome. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective. Questions: us@gocome.cc.
